At Longevity Formulas, we strive to ensure your supplements reach you promptly and in perfect condition. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and related information.
UK Delivery

*Next Day Delivery is available Monday-Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). While most orders are dispatched within this timeframe, there may be occasions—such as peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances—when processing may take longer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. From this point, your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail and delivery times may vary depending on their service performance. You can monitor your order’s progress at any time using the tracking number provided.
International Shipping
We currently are unable to ship to select European countries and worldwide destinations.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. All packaging materials are selected with sustainability in mind and are fully recyclable.
Delivery Issues
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email
- Contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number via their track and trace service
- If you still need assistance, contact our customer service team at contact@longevityformulas.co.uk
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us at contact@longevityformulas.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and the photos of the damage in your email
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@longevityformulas.co.uk. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
