What is NMN?
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a compound found in small amounts in foods such as broccoli, cabbage, cucumber and edamame. Ours is sold as a food supplement in 500mg capsules.
What is the difference between Pure NMN and NMN Complex?
Pure NMN is 500mg of NMN in one capsule, with nothing else added. NMN Complex has the same 500mg of NMN plus TMG, trans-resveratrol, pterostilbene, quercetin and vitamin B12, in three capsules a day.
How do I take it?
Pure NMN: one capsule a day with water, with or without food. NMN Complex: three capsules a day. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you take medication or are pregnant, speak to your doctor first.
How is it tested?
