A longevity supplement routine for £20, £50 or £80 a month
On this page
A longevity supplement routine doesn’t need to cost hundreds of pounds a month. Here are three, at about £20, £50 and £80 a month, using supplements we sell. Each one is built around NMN, because that is what this shop is built around and what I take every morning. The rest are added in the order I’d add them, with the cost per month and when to take each one.

Why is NMN in every routine?
NMN is the reason this shop exists, and it is the one supplement I haven’t stopped taking. I’m not allowed to tell you what it does in the body, because no health claims for NMN are authorised in Great Britain. Our NMN trials tracker lists the 23 published human trials so you can read them yourself, and is NMN worth it? covers the cost and the evidence honestly.
The £20 a month routine
| Supplement | Per month | How to take it |
|---|---|---|
| Pure NMN 500mg, 6 month pack | £14.83 | One capsule in the morning |
| Vitamin D3 and K2 | £2.00 | One capsule with breakfast |
| Creatine monohydrate | £3.60 | 5g in water, any time of day |
The NMN figure assumes the 6 month pack at £88.99. If you would rather pay monthly, one month of Pure NMN on its own is £19.99.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal function of the immune system. The NHS advises everyone in the UK to consider vitamin D in autumn and winter. Ours gives 75 micrograms, which is under the NHS upper limit of 100 micrograms a day, so don’t add a second vitamin D product.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, at 3g a day, for adults who do that kind of exercise. Creatine and NMN covers how I take the two together.
The £50 a month routine
| Supplement | Per month | How to take it |
|---|---|---|
| NMN Complex | £34.99 | Three capsules with breakfast, swallowed whole |
| Vitamin D3 and K2 | £2.00 | One capsule with breakfast |
| Magnesium complex | £7.49 | Three capsules with food |
| Creatine monohydrate | £3.60 | 5g in water, any time of day |
This swaps Pure NMN for NMN Complex, which has the same 500mg of NMN plus TMG, trans-resveratrol, pterostilbene, quercetin and vitamin B12. Don’t add a separate resveratrol or TMG on top. Pure NMN vs NMN Complex sets out exactly what is in each.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Ours combines three forms, bisglycinate, malate and taurate, at 100% of the daily reference intake in three capsules.
If you take warfarin or another blood thinner, choose Pure NMN instead of the Complex unless your anticoagulant clinic has seen the full ingredient list.
The £80 a month routine
| Supplement | Per month | How to take it |
|---|---|---|
| NMN Complex | £34.99 | Three capsules with breakfast, swallowed whole |
| Vitamin D3 and K2 | £2.00 | One capsule with breakfast |
| Magnesium complex | £7.49 | Three capsules with food |
| Creatine monohydrate | £3.60 | 5g in water, any time of day |
| Marine collagen | £23.99 | One 10g scoop in coffee, water or a smoothie |
| CoQ10 100mg | £5.00 | One capsule with a meal |
| NAC 600mg | £3.75 | One capsule a day |
This adds marine collagen, CoQ10 and NAC. None of the three has an authorised health claim, so I’ll stick to what they are. The collagen is 10g of Naticol marine collagen peptides per scoop, made from fish, so it isn’t suitable for vegans or anyone with a fish allergy. CoQ10 is best taken with a meal that has some fat in it. NAC is N-acetyl cysteine, 600mg a capsule.
Each of these is in our Can I take NMN with…? checker, with how to take it alongside NMN: see collagen, CoQ10 and NAC.
When to take everything in one day
| When | What |
|---|---|
| Breakfast | NMN (Pure or Complex), vitamin D3 and K2, CoQ10 |
| Any time | Creatine in water, collagen in coffee or a smoothie, NAC |
| With a main meal | Magnesium |
The exact time matters less than taking them at the same time each day. If you take prescription medicine, check the timing with your pharmacist. Some medicines, such as levothyroxine, need to be taken on an empty stomach, well before anything else.
What I would add first, and what I would leave out
Add one supplement at a time, a couple of weeks apart, so you know which product suits you. Before adding anything from another brand, check the label for anything you already take: vitamin D, B12 and resveratrol are the usual doubles. Our NMN stacking guide covers this in more detail.
